I have a cover star and when it closes it closes fine and squares…slow but it’s square.
However when we open it’s unseated on the far end side of the motor. What could cause this? I’m trying to figure out how the roller could cause this and more so if the ropes has anything to do with it. If the ropes do interfere with throwing it off square how that even possible.
And what’s the purpose of the torque adjustment on the opposite side (other end) of the motor?
