Was just informed our pool install is 3 weeks from this past Monday... Good Lord willing and the rain is minimal..Exciting time around the household..TF100 kit arrived with speedstir Still considering going with SWCG..vs. Liquid Chlorine with Stenner pump..

Thanks much for all the data found here at TFP.. the only way that I found out about the TF100 kit.

Modification to existing plan, went from 14X28 increased size to 16X32 Would rather do this right the first time then regret later. Talked with PB and liner is being ordered next week..

May do SWG next year. Paying cash so this will zap the resources. And what I understand, it’s a fairly simple modification to add.

Preplumb and wire for your choice of SWG. Always cheaper do do this during the initial build than to retro-fit.

That recommendation is very helpful. Something I would have never considered. Thanks so much. This forum is absolutely a MUST for pool owners =:D

3' is mighty low. We have found most people are happier starting at least at 3'5". There are many reasons for this. At 3' you cannot do a full swim stroke without scraping your knuckles on the bottom. It also helps easy the slope to the 7' deep end. Get out a tape measure and see where 3' hits you and the other adults in the house. Then measure 3'5". Then do it at 4' to see which one you think will be the best over all.

Also make sure this will be the water depth. Some people measure from the floor to the bottom of the coping. That is not water depth. For water depth you measure from the floor to the middle of the skimmer.

Good morning fellow TFP people, after much deliberation, and searching for ways to fund this extra, I AM going to use a SWG. I am looking at the Hayward Aquarite pro system specifically the AQR15 PRO due to its 40k gallon ability. I know thePB offers one installed for $1750.00 but have seen them online around the $1200.00 range.
‘My question would be, how difficult are these to install? As I wouldn’t think the PB would be very excited to install my online purchase.
