could use some advice

hi, my husband jack always dealt with the pool and really well. Unfortunately, he passed away last year and it's all on me now. I have someone to open the pool, but I cannot get the Quantum Dolphin to work, light turns on but unit doesn't roll. No idea what to do and pretty frustrated. Any advice? Thank you, Lisa
