I used the Sherman Williams H&C and it all peeled away after 2 years. I did the prep 100% and have used the product on the pool decks in a warmer climate with no problems. Has anyone had any luck with paint or stain on concrete in the Mass / Rhode Island area? I am thinking of giving Cool Deck a chance. Any advice will be appreciated.

I have not seen any paint that lasts long term on decking or concrete areas 
It really does not matter the are it is in. Stains do tend to have good luck as it is absorbed by the concrete. Cool Deck has a good track record for many people. The prep work on the area it is going is the most important thing as in most work like this.
