Condensation between Intex XPS liner and XPS foam?

How much condensation would you say is normal under a pool liner? We installed the XPS foam boards on a really hot day and the boards were hot when the pool was spread out to relax in the sun. Once it was up and I started to fill I noticed water under it after about 2-3 inches. Its under 2 sides as far back as I can raise the liner up. I stopped filling because I don't want to waste water. After 3 days it honestly doesn't look like the small amount of water level has changed. Intex did honor the warranty and is shipping a new liner but now I wonder if the puddles of water was from condensation instead of a leak. There is still water under the pool between the liner and the XPS foam but since it rained last night I can't tell you if its more or less.
I was honest and told the rep that I could not find a hole or see an actual leak but if it was a seam leak on bottom and I wasn't sure how to see it with water in the pool. I've had a few Intex pools but this is the first time I've used the foam insulation boards under my pool too.

I'm on my second Intex on top of foam boards. I would not worry about the condensation. Wait till the kids are in it splashing and making waves. The water will hit the foam pads and slowly seep under wherever it can. If there are any low spots you will see more water and possibly pool up on the foam in certain areas. My first Intex was up for about 4 years. Zero issues...

I'm not worried about it but wondering if the puddles of water that is between my liner and foam boards could be condensation instead of a leak. There were puddles under the liner with a couple of inches of water in the pool. Husband says, no its too much water but... I don't know I just hate the thoughts of taking it down and putting in the replacement liner and it happening again. lol

Puddles? I’m in steamy, humid Florida and I wouldn’t expect condensation to result in puddles.

Since you are getting a replacement, I’d use it.

While emptying the pool for to get ready for the replacement I was able to find 4 tiny little pin holes all in one area. I figure it was a machine issue. Anyway I did patch them and added another couple of inches or water, no leaks, no puddles of water, bone dry. So I continued to fill and we are using the first liner in the pool. Intex shipping was super slow and the replacement just showed up yesterday. I plan to tote pack it and have it on hand if needed.
