Concrete Pool Deck-Suggestions

Hi all,
We recently moved into a house and this is our second season with the pool. I was hoping to get some guidance on our concrete pool walkway. Pics added. I think these have been here for about 20 years. How would I go about repairing these? I think water is getting into these areas, causing bubbling on the liner. Critters are also making their way in there. Would this be something I would need a professional to fix? The picture with the long open area is fairly deep and extensive along that side.

You can pack rock or gravel back in there to both support the deck and keep critters from getting in. The deck should be sloped away from the pool so water should be running away from the edge where the liner is.
