Commercial grade return wall fitting?

Hello!
So what's the best wall fitting for a fiberglass wall?
I have a very slow drip in a newly-installed return wall fitting, photos attached, is there a more commercial grade that I can use?
The whole system worked fine until I pressure tested (maybe 30psi?) and after that both started a small drip and I believe it's coming from the fitting at the wall (not the threads or pipe connection).
The pool is 40,000 gallons or so, with concrete bottom and about a 2-3' fiberglass wall. I just re-piped the entire pool (black poly and schedule 80, with Hayward white goods). The old returns were metal, the new ones just seem flimsy, I think it was this: https://www.amazon.com/Hayward-SP1023-2-Inch-Fitting-Locknut/dp/B003ZTM0O2
I painted the fiberglass before I put in the return, then I put silicone around it while I was installing it. When I was tightening it the gasket kept squirting out the side so it wasn't possible to make a strong connection. I paid an online "pool consultant" for advice who said to just use the standard Hayward fitting and back off tightening to seat the gasket, but he said he never had that problem. Then I used a 3M marine adhesive sealant around the edge but still no joy, and I'd rather fix it right than start adding goo/epoxy...
Any help is appreciated!
(And - ignore the bubbles, I used some "practice PVC" to do a first run to see if the pump would run the water feature and there's a leak on one of the fittings. I'll rip it all out and put in the good stuff after this is fixed)
Thank you!!

Welcome to TFP!

I'm not all that familiar with FG pool fittings but my two favorite online pool stores are Inyo Pools and Sunplay. Maybe one of them has something better.

Hi thanks both for the replies!
I snugged it up until it started to squirt out the side, then I backed off tightening it until the gasket was seated properly. If that makes sense.
I think it was just so slippery trying to secure it to the painted surface that it just wouldn't work.

Thanks pooldv, I'll reach out to those companies. I also just bought over $500 from PoolPartsOnline and had really good service with them so I'll ping them too on it. I can't figure that company out - it looks like they just order from others and drop ship everything to you - they were the only ones who showed everything I needed as in-stock and that can't be possible.

Also - you might not be able to tell from the pic but I got some excellent clamps. Those dinky little worm-gear hose clamps are a joke on black polly pipe, even if you heat it up a little (which can't be good for the pipe). So I checked Napa and Grainger for some serious clamps, and picked up some stainless ones.
In the picture, the near one with the screw head on the left is a standard worm-gear clamp. The far one closest to the fiberglass is the serious no-kidding-around clamp. It makes a huge difference.

I'll post the results once I get a little further along......
Thank you!!

Stainless clamps are the way to go. The better ones have a additional wrap on the inside so the clamp does not damage pipe. My clamps on my black Polly pipe are just snug enough to stop any leaks..
