Hi! We took our Saluspa out of the box an hour ago, inflated it, and started filling it with water, and within 30 minutes the sides were losing air. Any reason this could be happening so quickly? We have checked the air valve closure, tried refilled with air, and the same thing happened again. Hoping its not defective/has a leak!!!

That's almost definitely a leak. We had an Intex inflatable spa for a while, and until our cat decided to put a tiny pinhole in it it would hold air for months. Even with a known pinhole from the cat it would only need a refill of air every two weeks or so.

What's the ambient air temp? Is the spa in the sun? It is possible that it was filled warm and cold tap water is causing the air to shrink, which may appear like it's loosing air, but it depends on just how much it's loosing.

I'd recommend putting some soapy water in a spray bottle and spray it over the spa. Look for bubbles. Lacking that if it's obvious it's loosing air in 30 minutes a plain old hose like Maddie says can probably locate the leak too.
