Cloudy pool in FL

Pool was clear yesterday but had spots on bottom and pine needles. Vacuumed and brushed now pool is cloudy/milky but I can see the pattern of the liner. here is tests

FC 11
CC .5
TC 11.5
TA 120
CA 100
CYA 50

pH 8.2 or higher

any input?

Your FC at 11 can effect your pH level. Though not as much as you say.
Add muriatic acid to lower your pH. Assume it is 8.2 and add enough to get to 7.2.
Then wait until your FC is at 10 or below. Repeat your test and dose until you get pH to 7.2.
