Clorox ? Which kind

Hi Guys,

Im in Canada, which clorox should I buy there are like 5 different choices.

Clorox 3.57 L Original Concentrated Bleach HE isnt this for washers ? Lol
Clorox Disinfecting Bleach

Neither- they (clorox products) all have “cloromax “
Best to find a cheap unadulterated house brand - no —> flavor, splashless, conditioners etc.
Best bet right now is liquid “shock”/ chlorinating liquid- its usually in the pool area - just a higher concentration of unadulterated bleach

They are all Sodium hypochlorite just different percentages - you have to read the label & enter your % into PoolMath to determine how much to add.

I just found bottles of liquid chlorine at local store 10.8% how much salt do they contain is salt amount a risk for accelerated rusting... Is it comparable to swg ?

There is no worries from the salt. If you have things that will rust it is because they are of poor quality and are damaged by the water, not the salt.

All forms of chlorine add salt exept a swg - it needs u to add the salt (2000-3000 ppm) so it can make chlorine. PoolMath summary will show u the amount of salt you have added over time w/ your various additions
