Happy mid-spring! I opened this year to crystal clear water. Then I let 2+ gallons of cover muck slide back in. Do not recommend! Mosquito larvae, oak flowers and all kinds of garbage just turned everything brown.
I immediately made moves to get the filter going, then found a crack in the heat pump. Had to bypass that, and now we are circulating while I wait for the heat pump to be serviced. I added some liquid chlorine I had leftover from last summer.
Vacuum robot has been running almost all day.
Most of the debris is out of the pool but it’s still cloudy and green.
Tested the water to find
