Hi everyone, I just want to make sure my rj60 plus is working normal. When it’s on 15% the cell voltage is on 22.8 and amperage is on negative 5, and I have same exact results when it’s on 100%. So please tell me if this is normal
I assume at lower percentage it should draw less volts and apms or vice versa.

Cells are either on or off. % is managed by time cycles. Bottom of page 11 in the manual explains the duty cycle:

My volts and amps don't show any significant changes regardless of the output setting. They are very close to your numbers.
