I am having problems with my circupool rj60+. The no flow issue.... There is plenty of flow. (I also made a test jumper - no change) The no flow led continues to flash. Has anyone directly connected the low flow switch internally to the rj (bypassing the connection point of the flow switch)? Or is my board bad? This seems to be an issue with these units.

I can't answer your question, but I have had pretty good response from their customer support. Try giving them a call. Let us know what you find out.

Here's a bump to see if anyone else may be able to help you out.

Thank you Mike... I am planning on calling Monday. It might still have some warranty left (if it is covered). I'm not disassembling until I find out for sure!

Are you sure you made the test jumper correcly and that it actually mimicked closing the flow switch? Jumpering the flow switch internally would only make a difference if the flow switch plug/socket itself is damaged…and of course would not be a permanent solution, only to test if your flow switch was bad.

Do you have any old telephone cords around? Cut one connector end off (leave a few inches of wire) and then short all four wires together before plugging it into the RJ60+. Don’t leave that in place if it works, it would be too dangerous. That would be a test to be positive it is not the flow switch itself.
