Circupool Remote

Hi! There's a "Remote" function on my Circupool RJ-60+ that I'm unable to find any information about, except what the manual says it is:

Remote: This LED indicates that the unit is controlled by a remote control system.

What system can this be?

My guess is if you call Circupool you will be told something like it is an unimplemented feature for a possible future model.

Did Circupool have an explanation for you? I was wondering the same about "Remote".

I asked them about this today. They indicated that there isn't a capability today, but in the future they expect to roll this out as an upgrade. No timeline specified.
