We need to choose our water line tile and would like any input...what you liked or didn't like about your choice? Maintenance considerations? What about grout color? We are probably going with Pebblesheen Blue Surf as we want blue water (don't care for green), Ivory tumbled travertine deck, either ivory or silver travertine coping. Some pics I've seen of very blue tile seems to make the water appear green by comparison since it's not as blue as the tile. Maybe it's just my monitor. We're more about blue than green! Other things to consider?
Also, if you added accent tiles to steps/benches, did you have any issue with sharp edges or suggestions re: this process? Assume it should be any rougher than the Pebblesheen but would like to hear from those that have it just to be sure I'm not missing anything.
Would love to see pics if you have colors similar to what we'll have. I tried searching, but pictures don't show up in the older threads.
