Choosing the right blue

So we are finally re-plastering our pool and man we are going around in circles trying to find the right blue. All photos of the same color look different as all cameras/phones and time of day make all the difference. This is the goal. if anyone is able to share photos and the color and company that makes the color, it would be greatly apricated. Photo was from NTP and color is QuartzScapes regular series Midnight blue.
