Hi JTS7240, welcome to TFP!
The advisors and experts here base their analysis of your pool, and the subsequent advice about it, on accurate test results that you yourself obtain from a proper test kit (not from the pool store). They pretty much trust only two test kits. The TF-100 you've already been advised to purchase, and a Taylor K-2006C. So if you have neither, what help you get here is going to be limited.
They also need to know about your pool. You've got a good start there on your signature, but it could use some work. And you also need to do some work on your volume number. You can't accurately dose your pool without knowing, as best you can, how much water is in the pool.
So first things first, order a proper test kit, and add which one you buy to your signature. Then have a look here and do what you can with the instructions:

Read this page for info about calculating your pool water's volume:

After that, download the Pool School eBook and get started on that:

If you want the best pool possible, and the best advice from here to achieve it, ya gotta meet us halfway!

I guarantee if you do, you'll be happy you did!
