This is our 3rd year to have the pool and the past 2 have been a breeze keeping the levels good. This year not so much. All the readings are good except the total and free chlorine. I did shock the pool after opening and that didn't seem to help. I need some direction please. I have read all about opening but having a hard time getting it all. Our pool holds around 15,000 gallons.
