Hello everyone, I closed my pool with the winterizer chlorine free kit from my local pool store, looks like my winterizer chlorine free shock didn’t get mixed and settled to the bottom. when I opened it up for the season I brushed it stirred up my pool now it’s cloudy. Been backwashing every day but it still cloudy how can I fix this? Thanks checked my chemicals with Taylor test kit and everything is good and balance.

Based on your post winter conditions, you're going to need to perform a SLAM Process. Follow that page carefully until you pass all 3 SLAM criteria. Give it time and it will work. If you have doubts and needing to do a SLAM, at a minimum run an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test.
