have a question on in line chlorinators that hold the 3'' tabs, how do these chlorinators work. say, when the pump is shut off, you would think the tabs would dissolve, then when you turn the pump back on your chlorine level would be super high, how do these chlorinators work without the tabs dissolving. :?

They don't stay full of water unless there is flowing water in the pipe. The tabs are fairly dry when the pump is off.
