Sounds like it's time to do an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test test. Perhaps the beginning of algae, especially if you've been using that chlorinator for a long time which increases your CYA level. If you fail the OCLT, it's time to SLAM Process. Make sure the chlorinator is off during the OCLT as well.
How long are you running your SWCG? You need to run it long enough to create the FC you need.
Do what Pat said. Run a Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to be sure you do not have algae in the water. It could be consuming the FC that your SWCG is generating.
