You will probably have to go to a local pool company and ask if they have an independent installer in the area... of course most people install themselves when they buy online... 
You will have a very hard time finding someone to install with covid still in play. Any builder is going to want to install their preferred product and also profit on the material. Any builder that has openings in spring 2021 at this point in the year would be questionable.
