Check AquaPure RS485 and power connections

I saw an old thread on this, but nothing conclusive. I am getting this error for my Jandy/Zodiac system 1400.

on my panel it seems like it might be on, but not sure. In my software, it is as if it does not exist. Any thought on this error code?

This has happened occassionally. In fact, as of last night, I have the same issue. The outside panel shows it is working and flowswitch is active but the software doesn't show a connection. I am waiting for it to cycle off later tonight and see if it comes back on properly. You can simply cycle the system on and off to see if that helps.

As a follow up to my post above, my pump cycled off at the scheduled time and upon restarting, the AquaPure came back online.
