Does anyone know what brand channel drain this could be?

We are looking for an adapter that will allow me to connect a PVC pipe to extend it away from the house.

Looks like the Stegmeier Adjustable Height Paver Drain that I have. Here's the adapter to connect to PVC. You'll probably need an end cap and at least one coupler.
