Can't identify Old Chromed Brass return.

I have an old inground pool from the 60's or 70's, that had chrome returns . I can't fined them anywhere as I guess they've been discontinued. The new plastic return doesn't fit just right. Is there a replacement kit available without having to open up the wall to upgrade the plumbing?
