Good morning!

First time posting. Not sure how the signature thing works so: 30k gal, chlorine, plaster painted with epoxy.

-Had our pool deck resurfaced and haven’t been able to get FC to stay up since.
-Lately have been adding ChlorBrite, but have used shock 73 and liquid chlorine previously as well.
-Cleaned out filters and filter housing yesterday. Reading 15 on PSI gauge now, was 20-22 before.

Please see below for test results and chem adds. Thank you in advance for any help!

Welcome to TFP.

Are those test result from pool store testing? We refrain in giving advice based on pool store results because they are not know for being reliable (see this thread as example).

You are going to need a good test kit to test on your own you can use either a TF-100 or a Taylor K-2006C (the former is more affordable).

Thanks. Some of the early tests were Leslie’s, the last couple are mine though. We have a Taylor K-2006C kit.

You have been adding about 5ppm of chlorine every day, what would likely be fine if you were starting from at or above the minimum for you CYA level (see FC/CYA Levels).

How the water looks like?

If it looks crystal clear then try an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test.
If it is cloudy, green or with visible algae then you will need to SLAM Process.

What is your fill water source?
