Can't get chemical service...automate?

I am moving out of my house and getting a renter. I have had no problems with maintenance of my 18' metal above ground with vinyl liner using the TFP method. I have a sand filter and good pump. I have tried 8 pool services and none of them will service my pool. I do not like a tenant maintaining the pool as it almost always doesn't work out. I am looking into what my automation options are that don't break the bank. I have a source of 13% liquid chlorine. I am wondering what people are doing. If you automate chlorine injection, doesn't it always either build up too much or fall short? Looking for some advice on systems and strategies. Thanks!

Without weekly or more testing, it’ll be tricky to manage a SWCG or chlorine injection system.
Will you be able to visit weekly to maintain?
If not - besides a pool service, it’s going to be tough sledding.
