Can't find info on Ovation pools

I picked up a used 21 foot ovation fantasy for a great price. It appears to be all aluminum but the manufacturer no longer exists. I found a 2 page sales brochure but I am hoping to get my hand on an install/owners manual.

Until then I have one pressing question... What are the rules on back filling with soil (mostly clay)? I have heard everything from none to a few inches or even a few feet. Trying to figure out what is reasonable for this pool so I can pass the info along to the excavator guy when he comes to dig.

They are basically a product only sold to pool builders. My 15x30 oval was installed last year and is an ovation fantasy. They are all aluminum and stainless construction. It's a great pool and very sturdy. I can try and dig up my instalation manual but... I may have gotten rid of it. The company that installed it for me was Treats pool and spa in Uncasville, CT (860) 848-1268, they were very helpful and friendly you might be able to get the information you are looking for from them.
