Cannot enter a decimal number

In the Effects of Adding, when using SWG, I cannot enter a decimal number for a target amount of FC. Am I doing something silly here?

That field doesn't have decimals on iOS either, so I assume it's not intended to calculate fractions of a PPM.
Just use whole numbers, because it's not like a fraction of a PPM is that meaningful in FC.
