Can you use a SWCG in a Spa / Hot tub??

Sounds like SW pools are awesome to me. Do all of these same benefits and lack of drawbacks apply to hot tubs too? Thinking about switching over to a SWG in my hot tub. (I hope this is not hijacking the thread but folks had some great info on SWG and I'm curious if all of the info fits for hot tubs too)

It will work exactly the same in a hot tub, loved mine when I had it.. Most go with the Saltron mini as a drop in, I used the megachlor as I had 1.5 inch pipe in mine with an always on circulation motor..

I My saltron mini ! I only need to add bleach for extended soaks / heavy bather loads. In fact I’m typing this from in my saltwater hot tub right now
