Can I keep my cleaner off the steps?

I love my Dolphin Pool Robot, but it seems to be obsessed with the steps.

It tries to climb the steps and gets stuck.
I go and remove it and what’s it do? Goes right back.

Are there any solutions to this challenge?

No; they're dumb as a rock. How is it getting stuck? Post a picture of how you find it and someone might have a trick up their sleeve.
