Can anyone tell me if this skimmer is complete ?

Hello I got some free equipment for my above ground pool and I’m trying to see if this skimmer is complete. I don’t know brand so I couldn’t look it up. Other videos I’ve seen with similar skimmers have a ring around it.
Is anyone familiar with this one ?

Thank you, yes this one looks similar to the one I have. Thanks this helped me figure out how to connect it. I may or may not be missing the ring that goes around blue thing. not sure if my model needs it. Guess I’ll just have to try it out.
