While I'm sure that there are some "Closings" that end up costing more than $1,000.00, it's going to be special situations. I doubt that anyone is advertising $1,000.00 closings as a standard practice.
Correct.. the demographic of those needing 1k plus closings, doesn’t respond to advertising..
