California Wild fires & my pool...

Good morning, we live close to some of the fires currently burning in Northern Ca. Not so close we are in any danger, but we are getting ash and smoke in the air, and in the pool. Of course in the grand scale of things ash in my pool is minor compared to what other are dealing with.

What should/could I do to our pool to keep the junk in the air from changing the chems in my pool?

Fingers crossed they get the fires out soon!!

if you have a cover that should keep most of it out of the pool, as for what it will do I am not sure... Be safe

Last year there was a thread from a member in Los Angeles about this issue. At the end of the day, it just took filtering. No real chemistry issues. Just normal maintenance of FC and pH.
