Build finally started... nervous about rain.

So after many years of trying to get a pool, out build started. They got the basics done in 2 days and now our landscaper is building walls around our pool. Probably take the rest of this week. Anyways, this used to look smooth. Obviously they will smooth it back out before putting vermiculite. But is all the standing water normal? Will the drain below have a way for us to turn on a pump or something to drain under our vinyl liner? Also our landscaper bent up some of the grounding wire. If they just straighten it out, will it effect its effectiveness?

Not 100% sure. Those dry and wet marks make it seem like it’s seeping but we only saw any wetness after it rained. The pb put drains all around the pool but our actual yard drains aren’t complete yet. Our landscaper is doing that and the wall. So they are there but not flowing correctly yet.
