Hello, I have been getting a lot of these worms around the pool. Any idea what is attracting them to the pool, and what I can do to try and keep them away? Thanks!
Is your pool up against grass or other foliage/soil? Did it rain recently? If yes, might just be a temporary problem and they will go away once it dries out.
Those are earthworms surfacing to escape the water logged soil. For reasons that are not clear to me, a high percentage of them fall into the pool and drown.
The phenomenon will stop once the soil drains enough to let them go underground.
