Can anyone recommend a product to reattach tiles below the water line? Dont feel like draining the pool again. Thanks

Ez-Patch has an underwater fast set tile and grout. But you will get better long term results if you drain the pool down a few inches to below the tile line and use thinset to attach the tile.
