So it looks like the multiport valve has a crack. You can replace just the valve if there are no problems with the filter itself. Take a picture of the top of the valve looking straight down, and we can help you identify which valve to replace.

Multi port has no labels as in what position indicates what.
Systems is pretty old, I guess 10-15 years old. I may change it all but then I think what goes bad in a sand filter, I can replace the sand be done with it.
So it’s a 26 inch sand filter not sure what brand. can anyone suggest what multiport should I buy. I found one on amazon but don’t want to be in a situation where it doesn’t fit.

Try contacting customer support at inyopools.com They are pretty good at identifying old equipment.
Did some research and my best guess is Astral multiport valve, the sign/symbol of company matches the one on handle.
So does it have to be same brand or can i actually replace with different brand but with side mounting style and 2 inch connectors.
