Local store has suggested I use Endure/borate since I keep my levels balanced well. Have read some on it now, and wondering how many others use it.
1.How do you like it?
2. Do you feel it's worth the cost? (it's 50% right now locally)
3. any down sides?
4. what happens If I decide to not maintain it(borates) on down the road? as in, the level dropping below it's recommended min. 30ppm, cause me problems...
Thanks guys in advance.

That product is nothing more than sodium tetraborate pentahydrate .... also known as BORAX. It’s exactly the same ingredient as 20 Mule Team Borax. Check prices at your local Walmart and I bet it’s A LOT cheaper.

Use boric acid, it’s easier and typically costs just as much as 20 Mule Team when you factor in all the MA you’ll need to offset the pH rise.
