Booster Pump Connections

As you can see from the pics, my volute is cracked on my booster pump (Polaris PB4-60). I have the repalcement volute. My question is about the pipe connections to the pump. Unlike most of the videos i see online, I don't have screw-on threaded connections. Does that mean I have to cut the pipes and size and install new pipe and connectors? Am i Missing something? Thanks

IMO - hard pipe is better then the flexible hoses and their connections. So, yes, you will need to cut pipe. Use couplngs and should be straightforward
