The plastic hose adapter at the front of my polaris booster pump broke off. The threaded portion is still in the front supply housing. Its flush with the housing so its already hard to grip the broken fitting. It appears the previous owner used blue RTV when installing the fitting. It may not be blue rtv. Will the blue rtv make it impossible to get the fitting out? What methods could I try to remove the fitting? Any tips are appreciated!
