Blueworks VSP pump turning off /not restarting on its own.

Finding the pump off in the morning after programmed restart time. Screen showing E-00 error. Press start and pump primes up and runs the program.

Should the pump strainer basket water level be low in the morning after the pump has been off for a couple hours ? Could it be that it’s trying to restart itself but unable to prime without manual intervention and throwing an error?

I tried googling the error and pump name but came up empty.
I think your guess about loss of prime is likely correct, but have no way to confirm.

Perhaps go out before the scheduled run time, get pump running, then shut off a few mins before normal start time. If it starts up normally, that's a good indication of the issue.
