Bleach and chlorine levels

Checking out the cost of buying bleach in Austin, Texas. I am SLAMing pool and I wish I had done this yesterday morning
I bought 8 bottles of 12% chlorine from Leslies and it cost me $68+tax. If I'd bought them from walmart $45.60 +tax. Even though I would have needed a bit more bleach the total cost would have been a fair bit less
I used poolmath ( thank heavens for this!!) to work out how much FC each amount gave me.

Everything …. EVERY THING … is more expensive at pool stores. There is a LPS right across the street from an ACE Hardware where I am. ACE will charge me 30¢ for an o-ring that Leslie’s would charge me $3 for. Same exact thing, just a different package.

Avoid pool stores at all costs unless you like setting fire to the money in your wallet …
