Hi, I’ve seen numerous posts here and elsewhere about Bestway framed pools and not being able to get the legs vertical as they seem to kick inwards at the bottom. I can help! But i couldn’t respond as the threads have been closed it seemed inactive so I’ve created a new thread. Hope it helps.
I was trying for ages to pull/ease/shunt them out, but to no avail, before and during filling. Everything was failing. They just kept pulling back in. Anyway I accidentally went out and forgot it was still filling up. Came back to it being pretty much full. At this point, with all the weight/pressure on the pool sides, the legs can be shunted out and they seem to be staying put. So my answer/advice is to get the legs as best as possible, then fill it, then try to get them vertical and you should be ok.
