Best pump motor replacement for salt water

I converted my pool to saltwater last year. After two weeks of running this season it sounds like the bearing are going on my pump. It's a Hayward SP2810X15 and the motor was replaced 4 years ago with a US motors version. Should I just replace the motor or go for a entire new unit it's 12 years old? Also I see a company that is selling a salt water gasket kit that is supposed to be heavy duty any thoughts on that?

That is a single speed motor -- we generally recommend replacing with a two speed or variable speed pump depending on what your pool does and electricity cost.
