Best and efficient way to tackle vacuuming

I'm having to continue my slam because I can't seem to get everything off of bottom. There isnt much left but a fine thin layer. I brush everyday. Pool is clear and then only slightly cloud when I brush.
Cc is 0
I have not done overnight yet. What is the most efficient way of tackling this?
Also is it safe for me to get in and vacuum? My fc is 12
I'm having. Hard time handling the pole while vacuuming outside pool

You can add some DE to your sand filter. Search pool school for instructions on how to do it.
