Autopilot Digital 220 freeze damage; how to troubleshoot and what should I replace?

I have an Autopilot Pool Pilot Digital 220 which stopped working after a major freeze and power outage x 4 days (Texas winter storm damage from last year). Whenever I try to run it, the unit gives a warning "Purifier Off -- Check Flow". If I disconnect the manifold using the unions then reconnect, the unit will work for around 5 minutes before giving the warning again (I can see bubbles coming out into the pool indicating it was working for that short time period). The controller seems to be fine. The manifold and cell have no obvious obstructions and everything seems clear and clean.

How would I trouble shoot this? Or do I just need to replace the manifold, cell, and trisensor? Or just some of the parts? Thanks.

Thanks, great idea. I bought my original system and replacement cell from them and they are great. Didn't occur to me to ask them, but will do.
