Hi everyone, I bought my current home last year with a 20k gallon salt pool. It has an Autopilot DIG-220 which has been giving me a lot of headache.

The Autopilot has been giving Low Amp Cell warning from last year. A Force Reverse will make it go away. But it will come back later. When the warning is there, device reads 28-29V, 0.5A. Otherwise it is 21V 6.5A.

I have replaced cell (not to mention the cell has been kept clean), cell cord, budging capacitors on power module board. The issue persists. I did order a power module board from Pool Supply Unlimited and they told me manufacturer said lead time is 4 months. It's killing me.

Currently I am thinking of replacing the relay for reversing polarity to give it a try. Anyone know more about the relay info?

And if anyone has any thought on this and what else can be tried out at this moment, I would really appreciate it.

These guys are very helpful with Autopilot problems….
