We LOVE our pool, and the automatic cover saves tons of labor and holds the heat in. (It's a Hydramatic cover by Aquamatic). However, one of the ropes has broken, plus our cover could probably use new sliders (six years old). The pool was completed in 2014. Unfortunately, our pool builder died in 2016. I have contacted Aquamatic, but nothing other than a "we'll contact you shortly" message 12 hours ago. Can anyone recommend a company in Middle Tennessee to service our cover? Any & all details about companies and their service records are welcome. Thanks, TFP is my go-to resource for EVERYTHING about swimming pools!
