Automatic Pool Cleaner Issues

I have a Dolphin M400. One track moves normally while the other one does not. No obstructions. Replaced power supply last year. Could it be the blue cord? Or is it more likely the interior motor?

Not the cord as you still have power it seems. Sounds like a side motor issue.

I think you’re right. Replace motor or buy new cleaner? Just replaced power supply last summer (~$300).
